Due to the diversity in age and cultural backgrounds of our global community we restrict content that involves nudity or is sexual in nature, and are committed to ensuring that the FruitLab Platform is not used for sexual exploitation or violence.
To provide more clarity to our users this policy details how we protect our users from sexually explicit content.
Violating this policy on nudity and sexual content may result in all accounts associated with any such activity being suspended and you may be subject to any other measure that we deem to be appropriate in the circumstances, as detailed further in the Consequences of Breaching this Policy section below.

1. Sexual Violence and Exploitation
Depictions or references to sexual violence and exploitation are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Sexual assault and molestation, or content that encourages or promotes it
- Content containing a person in a state of nudity or engaged in sexual acts
- Sexually suggestive or explicit content (audio or visual), shared or threatened to share without permission of the person depicted, such as revenge porn
- Unsolicited offers, solicitation, demands, bribes, or blackmail for sexual content and services
- Sexual services, including prostitution, escort services, sexual massages, and filmed sexual activity
- Any nudity, sexual content, sexual violence, or sexual exploitation that involves minors, appears to involve minors, or depictions of minors, or content that encourages or promotes paedophilia
2. Sexually Explicit Content
Sexually explicit content and activities, such as pornography, sexual acts, and sexual services, including solicitation and offers for such content, are prohibited.
Content filmed in areas where nudity or sexual activity may be taking place, even if such conduct or activity is not at the direction of the broadcaster or takes place in the background of the video, is prohibited.
3. Sexually Suggestive Content
Sexually suggestive content is prohibited. When reviewing complaints about this type of sexual content or activity, we will consider its intent and context based on a number of factors including, but not limited to:
- Behaviour and commentary
- Reaction to content, such as chat messages from the broadcaster, moderators, and what chat messages they permit in their community
- Attire and environment, such as location and background music, props, etc.
- Camera framing, angle, and focus
- Stream attributes, such as title, intros/outros, custom thumbnail, and other metadata
- Profile and channel content, such as banners, profile image, emotes, and panels
4. Nudity and Sexual Content in Games
Uploading any content that features nudity, pornography, sex, or sexual violence as a core focus or feature, and include gameplay modified to feature these elements is entirely prohibited from the FruitLab Platform.
Uploading content containing occurrences of in-game nudity that do not feature nudity or sexual themes as a core feature are permitted, so long as:
- you do not make them a primary focus of your content; and
- you only spend as much time as needed in the area of the game to make progress.
5. Additional Restrictions
- Please note that FruitLab may make exceptions for content that is rated by a ratings body or otherwise pre-screened by FruitLab
- Any content that includes conversations about sex, nudity, and other mature topics that are intended to be educational and otherwise comply with our policies should be marked as “Mature Content” via the respective channel’s settings.
6. Nudity and Attire
Uploading a video on the FruitLab Platform is a public activity, therefore we recommend creators wear attire that is appropriate public attire for a given context, intent, or activity. If you upload a video to the FruitLab Platform it is your responsibility to ensure that anyone who appears on your video is dressed appropriately.
Nudity and attire intended to be sexually suggestive is prohibited. Attire (or lack of attire) intended to be sexually suggestive includes undergarments, intimate apparel, or exposing/focusing on male or female genitals, buttocks, or nipples.
Cosplay attire is deemed as acceptable providing it does not constitute a breach of the above guidelines.
7. Reporting Sexual Content To Us
If you come across any content or user(s) on the FruitLab Platform that you feel violate this policy or our Community Guidelines, we ask that you report the content and/or user(s) in question to us for review by emailing us at video_report@fruitlab.com.
8. Consequences of Breaching This Policy
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of the provisions of this policy or the Acceptable Use Policy. When a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
Failure to comply with the provisions of this policy or our Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Use upon which you are permitted to use the FruitLab Platform, and may result in us taking any action set out in those Terms of Use or any or all of the following:
- temporary or permanent removal of any content you have posted to the FruitLab Platform;
- a suspension or warning “strike” placed on your account;
- temporary or permanent withdrawal or suspension of your right to use the FruitLab Platform;
- disclosure of information to the police or other law enforcement authorities if we reasonably feel it is necessary;
- legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach; and/or
- further legal action against you.
The responses described in this policy are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
