Hi latest from me and I hit paragon 150 which is the earliest you get and use loot from Hell 4 Tier. You can farm Hell 4 before you hit 150 but the loot would not be able to be used until you reach it. My combat rating was a little below the recommended level for this video but after a few raid are way above it now
