I forgot to mention that we have inputs to the sorting system dotted around the area just so we don't need to go to the one at the front of the warehouse and we can dump stuff into any of the black and yellow water channels. The water channels just connect all the farms to the sorting system.
Also the hole in the warehouse is so we can get to the lab and back quickly. We try to make the farms lag friendly which is why we can turn some of them on and off. This is also why there are composters on top of hoppers. This is on the survival world of the Fruitlab minecraft server IP - mc.fruitlab.com

And I forgot to mention that me, Kimmy and Squigglish mined the lab out by hand, no TNT was used.
